Once again Chequers Pub in Fingest hosted an epic day of amazing food, live music and dancing. Despite the rain and an unfortunate incident in which a bucketful of water was dropped on charity leader, sarah’s head moments before the doors opened to the public causing much hilarity for all watching, the day was a huge success.
There were numerous live music acts which entertained the crowds and not even the rain could hold back the dancing as ‘Elvis’ took to the stage adding the perfect ending to a wonderful day.
Thanks to the team at Chequers, we were able to use the opportunity to host a raffle and raise an incredible £800 for myocarditis research in the UK.
